November 2016. Royal Greenwich Park, London. Out for a walk with my grandson in the almost empty park, apart from tourists visiting the Prime Meridian and dogs walking their owners. For some reason people in England don’t take small children out in the fresh air very much. Which is a shame.
Yes, it’s true, isn’t it, that dogs walk their owners rather than the other way round.

That would be a reason good enough to get yourself a doggy.

Of course! They’ve got an excellent interactive play area for toddlers, so we are regulars there 🙂

Does it mean you do not have them at all on your side of the pool?

Not in tropics we don’t! I love looking at autumn and winter pictures, and then look out my window and see palm trees!

Same here! Love looking at pictures of Novosibirsk in snow. But it’s minus 36C there at the moment (the coldest October in the last 100 years), and I do not miss this bit!

I know what you mean! If I don’t see snow ever again in my life, other than on pictures, I won’t miss it!

You are quite right about many English not taking their Children to the Park. In London they have no excuses there are some really lovely Parks. Too many British too busy putting their Children in Nurseries etc (said the wrong thing me thinks!). I always used to take my Children to the Park. Even when I would take my eldest Son when his late Father thought him old enough to go to London for the day, I would take my Son to Kensington Gardens to see Peter Pan statue, have a snack by the Round Pond, go to Hyde Park and explore/Green Park – he used to love going to the Parks. Now Children are kept inside. Great pictures.

Dear Anna, thank you so much for dropping by and sharing your thought with me. I am glad I am not the only one who thinks this way. When my grandson,2, is a bit older I will also start taking him further a field. How old are your children now?
